Mission Statement
The mission of Community Enterprises Corporation (CEC) is to provide safe, decent, affordable, and permanent supportive housing to low-income persons with special needs.
Who We Are
CEC is a subsidiary 501 c3 of its’ parent organization, Collaborative Support Programs of New Jersey (CSPNJ). CEC is a community and economic development organization and a Public Housing Agency (PHA).
What We Do
Along with our partner, CSPNJ, CEC creates housing and economic opportunities for low-income people living with mental illness and other special needs. CEC manages over 200 units of supportive housing and administers a mix of vouchers totaling over 400 across the State of New Jersey.
