Joan Butcher-Farkas, Director of Public Housing
Joan received her bachelor’s degree in Social Work from The Richard Stockton College of New Jersey and her master’s degree in Social Work from Rutgers University. She began her career in direct practice focusing on Drug and Alcohol counseling. Joan began her work for CSPNJ as a Supervisor of Supportive Services and in that capacity worked in collaboration with Public Housing Authorities. In 2001, Joan joined Community Enterprises Corporation as the Director of Housing where she oversees the day to day operations of various supportive housing projects including the administration of CSPNJ’s PHA functions for the Section 8 Mainstream Housing Program and Continuum of Care program.
Ana Minier, Director of Property Management
Ana received a bachelor's degree in International Business Administration from The College of New Jersey. She began her career over a decade ago in affordable housing as a leasing consultant and grew to manage low-income housing developments serving families, seniors, and person with disabilities in the Central Jersey area. In 2022, Ana joined Community Enterprise Corporation as the Director of Housing Operations overseeing the day-to-day operations of the portfolio of various supportive housing projects.
Kelly Roessner, Property Manager Assistant
Kelly has a bachelor’s degree in history with a minor in psychology. Kelly began her career in the mortgage industry, utilizing state and federal programs to help people buy homes. In 2023, Kelly joined Community Enterprises Corporation as the Property Manager Assistant to continue helping people to find a house to call a home. Kelly helps run the day to day operations of the homes throughout the state of NJ.
Leamsi Roman-Diaz, Public Housing Assistant
Leamsi received her bachelor's degree in business administration with a concentration in Accounting from University of Puerto Rico. She began her career in an accounting office as an Accounting Assistant working with taxes, small businesses and corporation. Leamsi joined Community Enterprise Corporations as the Public Housing Assistant to help people with special needs to get their vouchers for Section 8.
